As a PATROL_UNARMED officer in a healthcare location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible, and providing excellent customer service. This is a driving post, so operating a vehicle is part of your responsibilities. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying identification as required.
Support emergency response activities and provide guidance to visitors and staff during critical situations.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or patrols as required by site procedures.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed.
