As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding promptly to situations as they arise. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing communications using dispatch systems to support security-related operations at the healthcare location.
Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, providing clear and calm communication to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
Maintain records of all calls, incidents, and activities as part of site-specific procedures.
Assist with access control by monitoring and authorizing entry and/or exit of individuals and vehicles in accordance with site policies.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from staff, visitors, and/or contractors in a professional manner.
Relay important information to Allied Universal security-related personnel and/or site management as needed.
Support emergency response activities by initiating notifications and facilitating communication between on-site teams and external responders.
