As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a welcoming atmosphere, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned government location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate authorities and Allied Universal management.
Maintain a professional presence while interacting with employees, visitors, and/or members of the public at the location.
Complete required documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner as directed by Allied Universal policies.
