As an Allied Universal Security Professional in a government location, you will perform unarmed patrols and monitor assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid EMT certification is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any irregularities or situations that may require attention to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying authorized personnel as needed.
Support emergency response activities according to site protocols and instructions from Allied Universal and/or client representatives.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site procedures.
