Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas within a prominent government location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing a welcoming and supportive environment for all visitors and staff. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
Monitor for unusual or suspicious behavior and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and responding to inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.
Adhere to all company and client policies, including those related to confidentiality and access control.
