You will greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, manage entry points, and conduct routine patrols to help reduce incidents while keeping a visible presence. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Control entry and exit at gates and/or checkpoints by checking identification, issuing temporary credentials, verifying scheduled deliveries and pickups, and directing drivers to designated areas. Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle logs, including documenting trailer numbers and/or seal information per site requirements. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site contacts and/or public responders as directed by post orders. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, dock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements: Guard Card/License is preferred. Loss Prevention experience is preferred. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred.
