About The Position

As a Security Officer - Full-Time Access Control - Unarmed in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized access at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access control procedures and following site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related matters and provide support as needed.
