About The Position

As a Security Officer - Fulfillment Center Patrol in Imperial, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and deliver customer service that supports a positive workplace experience. Requirements

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and document entries, exits, and deliveries per site procedures.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, request assistance when needed, and complete accurate incident reports and shift logs.
Use communication tools and security-related systems to observe assigned areas, follow post orders, and coordinate with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.
