Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or visitor logs as required by site procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities at the front desk as needed, following established protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide assistance related to security-related matters.
