Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner, assisting with entry and exit procedures as required.
Monitor access control systems, verifying credentials and authorizations for individuals entering the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Assist with visitor management, including logging guests and issuing badges in accordance with location protocols.
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Maintain awareness of surroundings at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Support emergency response activities as directed, communicating promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site contacts as needed.
