As a Front Desk Security Professional at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and assisting with access control. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a professional presence and providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Monitor access control at the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any security-related incidents.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to help to deter potential security-related issues.
Support the implementation of security-related procedures unique to a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
