As a Front Desk Officer at a leading financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related procedures with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor management practices, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Monitor lobby and reception area activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and direct guests, employees, and vendors in accordance with location protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report concerns or unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Support access control functions by documenting arrivals and departures, maintaining front desk logs, issuing visitor passes where applicable, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Communicate with staff, visitors, and management regarding security-related matters, customer service needs, and/or front desk procedures within a professional financial office location.
