Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves

- A guard card or license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting the facility.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, visitor interactions, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
- Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including communicating with site management and Allied Universal leadership.
- Support the overall security-related operations of the food and beverage location by maintaining a professional presence at the front desk.
