As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a luxury retail location, you will be the first point of contact for guests and employees, providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your role will involve monitoring access, assisting with visitor management, and responding to security-related incidents as needed. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk location.
Monitor access points, greet and check in visitors, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
Communicate professionally with staff, guests, and/or law enforcement as necessary.
Remain alert to potential security-related issues within the retail location and help to deter unwanted activity through a visible presence.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
