Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner at the front desk of a financial institution location.
Monitor access to the building, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all front desk activities, including visitor logs and incident reports.
Communicate security-related information to appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
Follow security procedures and site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Provide customer service by addressing questions and/or concerns from visitors and building occupants.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal and client contacts.
