Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location as a Front Desk professional, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, team members, and deliveries. In this stationary role, you will support access control, monitor front desk activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, monitoring access activity, and supporting security-related protocols for a logistics and distribution location.
  • Greet visitors, drivers, vendors, and employees, review identification and/or delivery information, and help direct arrivals according to site access guidelines.
  • Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and related reports, and report unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support badge checks, sign-in processes, and package or delivery coordination in alignment with location procedures and Allied Universal standards.
