About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Response in CLARKSVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a food and beverage location.
Respond to incidents, unusual conditions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as required, and assist with traffic, delivery, and contractor access procedures based on site needs.
Support facility operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and observing for potential hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy violations that may require follow-up.
