Join Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering customer service with integrity. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter fencing, checking for irregular conditions that could lead to loss, damage, and/or disruption and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit of employees, contractors, and deliveries, including verifying identification and directing visitors according to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts, coordinating with onsite teams, and documenting actions taken.
• Complete detailed shift activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to the next shift, and report maintenance or facility concerns through established channels.
