Job Description As a Security Officer - Patrol in Pine Bluff, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location as an Unarmed Patrol Officer. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, document observations, and provide customer service with professionalism. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or theft.
• Monitor access points such as gates, doors, and loading docks, verifying authorization for employees, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Complete routine reports, shift logs, and incident documentation, and communicate observations and/or hazards to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
