Job Description As a Security Officer - Foot Patrol in Tulsa, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to calls for assistance, and communicate clearly with site staff and visitors while delivering strong customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, fence lines, gates, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Control access at entry points by verifying identification and/or authorization, logging visitors and vehicles, and directing deliveries to approved areas.
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other site systems as assigned, and complete detailed activity logs and incident reports for security-related events.
