As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, remain highly visible to help reduce incidents, and provide standout customer service and communication. You will support access control, report concerns, and partner with site teams to maintain smooth operations. Requirements
- CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity; working conditions may vary by site.
- Support access control by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, directing foot traffic, and documenting authorized and unauthorized entries and/or exits.
- Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner, reporting maintenance hazards and/or suspicious activity through established channels.
