As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location, including the business and its perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
Assist with access control by observing entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain authorized entry.
Support Allied Universal in maintaining a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
