As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the logistics and distribution location. Your role includes providing exceptional customer service, clear communication, and upholding our values of integrity and teamwork. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required to support your patrol responsibilities.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions that may impact the security-related needs of the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel as needed during patrols or incident responses.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
