Join Allied Universal at a commercial real estate office and retail condominium location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet and assist residents, tenants, and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and detailed reporting. Bring an agile, reliable mindset as you collaborate with the site team and act with integrity every shift.
Requirements
- Be 21+ Years of Age.
- Guard Card/License is preferred.
- Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting management and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, office and retail corridors, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance concerns.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and other building systems as assigned, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions through required reporting channels.
- Control access at designated entry points, verify credentials and/or delivery information, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain required logs and reports.
