As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol utility locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact positively with visitors and staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the utilities location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and information as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to support security-related objectives.
