Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk.
- Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols.
- Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors to address inquiries or direct them as needed.
- Support the overall security-related operations of the location by reporting irregularities and escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel.
