As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech campus, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to requests, document observations, and support teams with clear communication and customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and key areas, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor and contractor processing in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and promptly communicating updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete routine reports and activity logs, escalate unusual conditions, and support security-related awareness for employees and visitors while maintaining a professional presence.
