As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within commercial real estate locations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor movements within the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
