As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage production location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining clear communication. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for conditions that may require attention.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual situations in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.
Communicate professionally with client personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed while performing assigned duties.
Assist with access control procedures, visitor management, and/or screening processes as required at the location.
Remain alert to surroundings and respond appropriately to changing conditions within the food and beverage environment.
