As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine rounds, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, support access control and visitor badging, and provide professional customer service through clear communication. You will document observations, respond to needs as they arise, and partner with site teams. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including lobby areas, ATM and night depository areas, parking areas and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, assisting with visitor and vendor entry processes, directing foot traffic and reporting concerns per post orders.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or local emergency services as directed.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports, communicate significant activity to incoming personnel and Allied Universal supervision and support follow-up actions as directed.
