As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Communicate and collaborate with site staff and visitors to address questions and provide assistance related to security-related matters.
Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management to support a secure environment for personnel, assets, and property within the location.
