Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication. Requirements

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit as required by site-specific guidelines.
Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to support a secure environment within the tech and media location.
