As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet and assist staff and visitors, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly with your team. Requirements

• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, lobby, ATM areas, and exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with directing foot traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, disturbances, and/or medical situations, and coordinate notifications per post orders.
• Document patrols, incidents, and service requests in written reports and logs, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
