As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and address any security-related concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted behaviors.
Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities according to Allied Universal and client site protocols.
Assist customers, visitors, and employees as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required for incidents occurring at the location.
