As a Front Desk Security Professional at a high-profile retail location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with access control and responding to security-related situations. You will interact with guests and team members, provide exceptional customer service, and support a secure environment by upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $22.12 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sun 12:00 PM - 06:30 PM

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including communication with appropriate personnel and first responders.
Maintain detailed records of visitor logs, incident reports, and daily activity logs as required by the location's policies.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior by maintaining a professional presence at the front desk.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, guests, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.
