As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting tenants while monitoring access and helping to deter security-related incidents. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain a welcoming environment, and uphold our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Maintain accurate logs and/or reports of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any unusual occurrences.
Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, following established protocols for the location.
