As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver’s license. Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and management by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing and reporting suspicious activity and/or policy violations.
- Complete patrol logs and incident reports with clear details and timely communication to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
