Your responsibilities include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and communication skills, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a caring culture that puts people first.

Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of visitors, vendors, and/or employees as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or incidents.
Assist with visitor management, including signing in guests and directing them to appropriate areas within the location.
Communicate and/or coordinate with Allied Universal management and site representatives regarding security-related matters and incidents.
Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences according to company and site-specific procedures.
