You will complete routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to service calls with clear communication and professionalism. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to property management and Allied Universal leadership as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access issues.
• Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or policy violations, taking appropriate action consistent with post orders and escalation guidelines.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, and assist with basic administrative tasks such as key control and directing visitors to appropriate locations.
