Join Allied Universal at a leading financial services location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet employees and visitors, manage access and visitor logs, monitor cameras and alarms, and respond to security-related concerns with calm, clear communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Operate the front desk post by greeting and directing visitors, answering and routing calls, and maintaining a professional lobby presence at a financial services location.
  • Support access control by verifying identification, issuing and collecting visitor badges, managing sign-in and sign-out logs, and coordinating visitor appointments with site contacts.
  • Monitor lobby activity and available systems such as cameras, alarms, and/or access control panels, and report irregular activity according to site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, complete required reports, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
