As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will complete routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible, and report security-related concerns with clear communication. You will greet employees and visitors with customer service, respond to incidents, and support access and perimeter checks. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, offices, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points such as lobbies, gates, and loading dock areas by verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, directing traffic flow, and maintaining visitor and contractor logs per site requirements.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting suspicious activity, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders, and assisting with scene control as directed.
Complete detailed reports of daily activities, patrol observations, and incident response actions, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff to support consistent post operations.
