Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a leading tech and telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and your team, and respond to concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor alarm panels, cameras, and/or access control activity as assigned, and document unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations per site requirements.
• Complete routine reports and activity logs, assist with access management such as checking identification and issuing visitor directions, and help to deter unauthorized entry through visible presence and professional communication.
