As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to support a secure atmosphere, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

It is preferred that you are able to lift more than 20 pounds.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
It is preferred that you are comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the food and beverage production environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Observe and report any unusual activities, hazards, or maintenance issues identified during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors as needed.
Assist with access control procedures and visitor management according to site protocols.
Support Allied Universal and client leadership with incident documentation and reporting as required.
