As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols of buildings and grounds, remain highly visible, and watch for unusual activity or maintenance concerns. You will document security-related observations, respond to resident and staff requests, and communicate clearly with your team to support a welcoming environment. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic; report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to post orders.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; assist with de-escalation and coordinate with property management and/or public responders as needed.
Document observations, patrol activity, incidents, and corrective actions in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision.
