Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, document activity, and provide customer-focused communication with guests and staff. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials when required, and directing visitors, vendors, and drivers according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including taking statements, preserving the scene as directed, and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete security-related reports and shift logs, document patrol findings and incidents, and communicate relevant information during shift changes.
