As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and support a secure atmosphere for all personnel. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors and employees with access and information as needed, while maintaining awareness of security-related protocols.
Work closely with Allied Universal management and site contacts to support a secure environment within the tech and media location.
Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
