As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service while communicating with tenants and visitors. Requirements

At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
Two or more years of security-related experience required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unwanted incidents and provide assistance as needed.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal and client guidelines.
Work collaboratively with property management and/or emergency personnel when incidents arise.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
