As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants, visitors, and property staff with clear communication, incident documentation, and responsive customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Control access by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials as directed by post orders, and directing visitors, deliveries, and contractors to the appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, contacting emergency services when needed, and coordinating with property management.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, monitor alarms and/or CCTV where assigned, and communicate key updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
