As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control while assisting employees and guests. You will complete routine patrols, document observations, and communicate clearly with site contacts, bringing a people-first mindset. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Having customer service experience is preferred.
Having access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting, documenting, and escalating concerns per site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout interior areas such as production floors, kitchens, warehouses, and break areas, as well as exterior grounds and perimeter routes.
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization when assigned, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or prohibited activities.
Complete routine security-related logs and reports, communicate observations to supervisors and site contacts, and assist with directions and general assistance for employees, contractors, and visitors.
