As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with courteous service, clear communication, and timely reporting. Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of lobbies, office areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor entrances, alarms, and cameras where assigned; control access by verifying identification and directing visitors to appropriate check-in processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact building management and/or emergency services as required by site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports and shift logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate relevant information during shift changes to support consistent security-related coverage.
